Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer review to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Registered or accredited qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, or psychology.
- Experience of working in mental health services, preferably in a high-intensity setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
