The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering therapy interventions across diverse environments, including:
- Central Access Point
- Community Rapid Response / Frailty Team
- Reablement Team
- Intermediate Care Unit
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Therapy Support Specialist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to provide Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services in various inpatient and community contexts. You will undergo competency-based training in both Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, receiving ongoing support from our therapy professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a healthcare setting and demonstrate qualities such as teamwork, flexibility, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary teams.
