About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Paddocks, a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction, working as an autonomous clinician within a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction
  • Work as an autonomous clinician within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Hold supervisory responsibility for others and take a leadership role in specific projects
  • Support student education within the team
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways
