About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters including wills, trusts, probate, and power of attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client care and demonstrate a keen awareness of the marketplace, staying abreast of current developments, opportunities, and potential threats in the legal landscape.
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote the firm's services and build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
  • A keen awareness of the marketplace and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the legal landscape.
