We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Charities Aid Foundation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with our mission to make a positive impact on society.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement impactful HR strategies that support our organizational goals and values.
  2. Support Employee Relations and Talent Development: Work closely with managers to provide expert support in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Lead Recruitment Efforts: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with our values.
  4. Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Design and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
  5. Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Analyse HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve the effectiveness of our HR strategies.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and sponsorship license requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Broad and extensive industry experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role, ideally in the non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge: Strong up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, coaching and training skills.
