About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Strategy Team as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on all aspects of SEI service delivery to clients, providing timely and relevant advice to support their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary contact and client advocate within SEI, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert advice to institutional clients on investment strategy, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of SEI's Fiduciary Management business through effective client and prospect relationship management.
  • Documentation and Governance: Ensure the establishment and ongoing maintenance of appropriate documentation, such as the Fiduciary Management Agreement and internal Investment Governance Document.
  • Presentations and Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to trustee boards, CEOs, and CFOs, as well as contribute to the development of marketing materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Report back to clients on their investment performance, assessing progress against agreed objectives and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Thought Leadership: Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver emerging investment opportunities and participate in industry events to develop thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in fiduciary management, investment consulting, or asset management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of pension finance and investments, including risk management and portfolio optimization.
  • Qualifications: Hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification, such as the FIA, AIA FIA, CFA, or Level 4 Investment Management Certificate.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions for clients.
