Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Proven ability to work well with others to create a positive team culture and environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings and ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
