This role is essential for overseeing and managing all facets of Reveal's contractual obligations and processes, both with clients and suppliers.

  • Evaluating customer and supplier contract stipulations to align risk with Reveal's business goals.
  • Facilitating or assisting in the management of vendor and subcontractor relationships.
  • Conducting reviews of existing agreements.

We are committed to implementing and sustaining effective commercial practices, processes, and operational protocols to ensure that contracts comply with both internal and external regulatory standards, including ISO, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.

It is crucial to ensure that legal documents are accurately drafted and progress efficiently from initial creation through collaboration and negotiation to finalization.

  • Monitoring the execution and effectiveness of finalized contracts.
  • Ensuring that signed agreements, amendments, and other legal documents are securely stored in One Drive.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancement in legal department processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a practical paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement capacity.
  • Proficiency with online research tools.
  • Possession of a postgraduate paralegal diploma.
  • An award in legal studies.
  • A legal secretary certificate or diploma.
  • Experience working with both private and public sector organizations.
