A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Energy Jobline. We are seeking a talented individual to work in a fast-paced design studio, bursting with creativity and innovation.

Our client is a leading event and exhibition design agency that is experiencing rapid growth. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing the manufacture and delivery of bespoke retail, events, exhibitions, or interiors. You will receive job briefs from the Project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled, liaising with the Project team where necessary.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and communicating job briefs to the installation team, taking customer inquiries over the phone, and ensuring all relevant information is entered onto company databases correctly.

The ideal candidate will have experience project managing or administering retail or event installations, ideally within a creative agency setting. If you have a passion for project coordination and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
