Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in East Kilbride. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
About the RoleAs a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and developing and implementing safety policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for leading health and safety training programs, conducting audits, and investigating incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead health and safety training programs to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of health and safety.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
- Develop and implement safety metrics to measure our performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
- NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
