About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Construction Director to join our dynamic team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and supply chain partners
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Drive quality delivery through effective planning and right-first-time delivery
  • Mentor and develop key staff to their next level
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent in Civil Engineering contracting
  • Leadership and management capabilities commensurate with the role
  • Detailed knowledge of the civils construction environment and forms of contract used
