About the Team

The Merchant Acquisition & Incubation team at TikTok is responsible for driving UK merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.

We are seeking a smart and ambitious Digital Channel Management Manager to join our team based in London.

The objective of this role is to manage the seller acquisition/incubation channels, including TikTok in-app channels like inbox messages and external channels like EDM and paid ads.

This role requires related experience and strong ambition to reach goals following strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, identifying roadblocks and coordinating necessary resources among larger teams.
  • Manage internal outreaching channels and maximize overall benefits and achieve business goals.
  • Take charge of Email Direct Marketing, including pitching, education, and newsletters, and analyze data effects of outreaching.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to iterate content on various channels and improve seller journey based on test data and surveys.
  • Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algo, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practices with internal and external teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, 3-5 years of user digital marketing experience and project management, e-commerce, or user acquisition experience is a plus.
  • Good data sense and ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
