About the Role:
Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization committed to enhancing patient care, is in search of a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join their team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both German and English.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively, with a focus on Teams.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets, ensuring proper routing to the relevant support teams.
  • Participate in shift rotations every two weeks, with shifts including 7-15, 8-16, 10-18, and occasionally 11-19.
  • Be available to work on Bank Holidays for additional compensation.

Requirements:
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (native or near-native proficiency in German).
  • Additional fluency in languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering top-tier customer service.
