Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

CK Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join a leading global pharmaceutical organization on a contract basis.

This role requires proficiency in both English and Dutch, with French as an additional asset.

Compensation:
£15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and input them into the SAP system after validating the information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any quality concerns, product recalls, or order holds.
  • Manage backorders and returns: inputting data into the system, securing necessary approvals, and updating customers on outcomes.
  • Oversee all outstanding orders until they are fulfilled and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, documenting interactions in the call tracking system.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential; knowledge of French is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment handling communications through various channels.
