Job Opportunity at New Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at New Care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Support residents with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Care certificate or equivalent required, or willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months
  • Good understanding of care principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
