Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
  • Availability for full-time shifts, with flexibility to work varied hours
  • No prior experience in retail or customer service required, but a passion for learning and development is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and flexible approach
