We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities at Portbury, Bristol.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are functional, safe, and compliant, including a cold store warehouse that operates at -23 degrees. You will also support our company's transition to new facilities over the coming years, driving cost-efficiency and aligning with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support the transition to new facilities and drive cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven facilities management experience
  • H&S accreditation (NEBOSH or IOSH)
  • Strong financial and budget understanding
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Warehouse management and cold store experience
