About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to join our FutureLaw team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and technology initiatives that enhance our legal services and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation, using design thinking and other human-centered methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and technology in the delivery of our services.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with our Legal Technologists to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that integrate with our legal services.
  • Communicate the value of innovation and technology to stakeholders and promote a culture of innovation within the firm.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in creativity, innovation, and technology in the legal sector or a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the legal market and the challenges and opportunities for innovation and technology in the delivery of legal services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities and solutions.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to generate and implement new ideas.
