About the Role
We are seeking an Overnight Accommodation Supervisor to play a crucial role in safeguarding the welfare of our clients. This position involves working collaboratively within a team to provide assessment, support, and transition services to individuals in vulnerable situations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Overnight Accommodation Supervisor, you will:

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients, utilizing safeguarding and emergency protocols as needed.
  • Provide initial advice and security services to residents during the night.
  • Act as the primary contact for visitors and service providers after hours.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and serve as a resource for clients regarding safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular security checks and monitor the premises to ensure a secure environment.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health issues, or those transitioning from care.
  • Experience in overseeing the safety of vulnerable individuals in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective information transfer between shifts.
  • Experience in basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and a dedication to promoting diversity and equality.
  • Integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with others.
