* Follow up quotations sent by the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Create service quotation renewals and follow up on all quotations provided by the sales team
* Proactively maintain existing business, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met
* Work intensely on SAP
* Complete daily CRM activities, including data relevant to customer interaction, projects, and orders
* Request and generate supplier quotations to support the Technical Sales Team

Requirements:

* Experience supporting a sales team in the past
* Proficiency in SAP or similar CRM system
* Strong time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
* End-user point of sales experience
