Electrical Engineering Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Trainer to lead our apprenticeship scheme and support the development of our engineering population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Electrical Engineering courses to apprentices and support their development
  • Work with Engineering Managers to refresh and upskill their engineering teams
  • Support all areas of training and development across the business
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering Electrical Engineering courses
  • Ability to coach and mentor apprentices
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Qualification in Engineering or a related field
