About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional in West Dunbartonshire, Argyll & Bute, and Arran. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical support to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

No prior experience or qualifications are required, as full training is provided. However, it would be beneficial to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.
