You don't need any prior experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older people would be beneficial. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a strong ability to build professional relationships.
