**The Role**:

- To provide a high level of person-centred care to people in their own home;
- To provide personal care including washing, dressing and providing continence care;
- To assist or prompt with medication;
- To be willing to work either alone or as part of a team;
- To ensure that any issues relating to service users’ health and wellbeing are passed on to the relevant Manager.

**Requirements or Skills**:

- You must have the right to work in the UK;
- You must have at least 6 months experience of professional care experience;
- You must provide 2 professional referees, one of whom must be your most recent employer;
- You must have experience in the moving and handling of people and personal care;
- You must be willing to join the PVG scheme;
- You must be willing to become a member of the SSSC;
- You must be willing to complete all training, both online and classroom based.
