Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Healthcare Support Specialists to become part of our welcoming team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our patients, requiring exceptional customer service abilities. While prior experience in the healthcare sector is not mandatory, a genuine interest in contributing to a team focused on enhancing patient care is essential.
Role Details
This recruitment drive aims to fill multiple Healthcare Support Specialist positions. The contracted weekly hours for these roles will range from 30 hours per week. Working hours will vary, with shifts scheduled between early mornings and late evenings on a rotational basis. Shift schedules will be communicated two weeks in advance.
Although you will have a primary location, you may be required to assist at any of our facilities as needed. Additionally, some shifts may involve working in our dedicated support center.
We encourage applications from individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong communication and IT skills. A flexible mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
As a representative of our organization, you will:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all patients and visitors, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate effective communication among patients, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures to deliver a high-quality service.
- Perform general administrative and reception duties as required.
