Role Overview
Key Duties
- Deliver operational support within the Income and Debt Recovery division for Cambridgeshire County Council, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve service inquiries and requests, ensuring that operational priorities are met through ownership and adherence to established service standards and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and compliments, escalating any complaints in line with relevant protocols.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for service enhancement, proposing recommendations, and implementing agreed changes to boost operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence within the team by contributing to the development of customer-centric processes and actively participating in performance discussions.
- Exhibit awareness and understanding of equal opportunities and the diverse needs of individuals.

Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective influencing and negotiation abilities, both with clients and within the organization.
- Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and resilience.

- Proficient in MS Applications for information review and presentation.
- Familiarity with Agresso Unit4 ERP and Mosaic Social Care System is advantageous but not mandatory.
