Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Bidvest Noonan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that our sites are meeting our high standards and that our customers are receiving the best possible service.
  • Target Management: Monitor and manage targets set for the site, ensuring that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training and induction for new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report all accidents and incidents as per company policy and procedure, and provide regular feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry or facilities management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, a clean driving license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
