We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment as a Property Assistant Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential development, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Establish effective communication with residents, addressing concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and requests from residents, contractors, and clients in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Development Manager to participate in customer and contractor meetings, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
- Conduct risk assessments, health and safety checks, and routine testing to identify and address concerns.
- Supervise contractors and ensure the quality of work completed on and around the development.
- Monitor and manage works orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and report irregular incidents to the Development Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain the building's fabric and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Development Manager.
