  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential development, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Conduct risk assessments, health and safety checks, and routine testing to identify and address concerns.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure the quality of work completed on and around the development.
  • Monitor and manage works orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate and report irregular incidents to the Development Manager.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain the building's fabric and ensure compliance with KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Development Manager.
