About the Role
We are seeking a skilled MDF Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the setting, running, and cleaning of the MDF paint line to produce MDF profiles to a high standard.
- Carrying out product quality checks.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement activities.
- Forklift Truck Experience is desirable.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A flexible approach and adaptability to changing work environments.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure targets are achieved.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Good working relationships at all times.
- Ability to implement integrated management systems.
Working Hours
The role will involve working 46 hours per week on a continental shift pattern, with 4 days working followed by 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
