MDF Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MDF Operative to join our team at JDT Leven. As an MDF Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our MDF profiles are produced to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setting, running, and cleaning of the MDF paint line to produce MDF profiles to a high standard.
- Carry out product quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (C.I.) activities to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Forklift Truck Experience is desirable, but not essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and is committed to continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Working HoursThe role is 46 hours per week, working on a continental shift pattern with 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
