MDF Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MDF Production Specialist to join our team at James Donaldson & Sons Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our MDF paint line.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setting, running, and cleaning of the MDF paint line to produce high-quality MDF profiles.
- Conduct product quality checks to ensure compliance with our high standards.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to drive process excellence.
- Forklift truck experience is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team.
- A willingness to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.

The role involves working 46 hours per week on a continental shift pattern, with 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
