Job Title: Learning Disability Bank Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Bank Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering support and care services to residents, working in accordance with their care and support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans that promote resident wellbeing.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check and Adult and Child Bared List clearance.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
