Project Strategy and Coordination:

  • Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Team Leadership:

  • Cultivate a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere to boost productivity and performance.

Financial Oversight:

Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are met and documented accordingly.

Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Operations Manager with a focus on residential developments.


  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations pertinent to residential construction projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse project team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
