Strode College is seeking a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Student Support Team, working specifically in the Adult Learning and Apprenticeships Department.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adult learners and apprentices with diverse needs, helping them to achieve their educational and professional goals. Your responsibilities will include providing individualised support in classroom settings, assisting with learning activities, adapting materials to suit different learning styles, and offering one-to-one guidance to those who need extra help.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults in an educational or training environment, strong communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meeting the varied needs of learners are essential.
