About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Intelligent People. As a Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage and optimize Google Ad spend, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Work closely with data science, product manager, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Own the reporting and forecasting of campaigns, across all KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong bias for action and ability to wear multiple hats.
