Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement stimulating lessons for Nursery students aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and support as necessary.
  • Foster a nurturing learning atmosphere that encourages student involvement and enthusiasm.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to enhance student growth and welfare.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and parent-teacher discussions as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant degree in Education or a related discipline
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or the option to apply for one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Educational Background:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching primary school students within the UK is essential.

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to tailor instruction to accommodate diverse student needs.
  • Strong classroom management techniques.
