Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's development
  • Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents/carers
  • Ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Keep updated with legislation related to early education and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Requirements
  • A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
  • Preferably previous experience in an early years setting
  • Knowledge of the current EYFS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team
  • Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment
  • Good ICT skills
  • A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate
