Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's development
- Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents/carers
- Ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Keep updated with legislation related to early education and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
- Preferably previous experience in an early years setting
- Knowledge of the current EYFS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team
- Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment
- Good ICT skills
- A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate
- Up to 31 days holiday per year, including bank holidays
