Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive internal communications, crafting engaging content.
- Oversee the coordination and execution of key engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to the brainstorming and planning of internal communications and engagement activities.
- Discover innovative methods to enhance colleague participation in internal communications and engagement efforts.
- Manage the departmental budget tracker, processing purchases as directed and documenting all expenses.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communications, engagement activities, and diversity initiatives.
- Facilitate internal colleague groups, including social committees and unity groups.
- Establish strong relationships with external partners focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Support employer branding efforts through content creation and management on various platforms.
- Assist the Talent team with resourcing support, organizing assessment days and attending career fairs.
- Actively embody our people values.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in an internal communications role or has included internal communications in their responsibilities.
- Possesses exceptional writing skills that can effectively capture the tone and voice of Ann Summers.
- Demonstrates a strong affinity for our brand and its values.
- Is a creative thinker who is adaptable and results-oriented.
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a flexible work approach.
