Workshop Controller Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic workshop environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our team at a Main Dealer in Epsom.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the technicians in the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  2. Distribute work effectively, meeting targets and deadlines.
  3. Liaise with the management team to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role.
  2. Good technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  3. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Package and Benefits
  1. Circa £42,000 package, including bonus scheme.
  2. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm.
  3. 22 days holiday + bank holidays.
