We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Handler to join our BTE (Before The Event) Legal Expenses Claims Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing indemnity provided to policyholders for various legal actions, including employment, property, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to LEI claims using excellent written and call handling skills
  • Investigate the validity of claims and negotiate cost funding with solicitors
  • Manage claims from start to conclusion, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions

Requirements:

  • Legal qualification (Degree or A Level)
  • Professional work experience with strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
  • Full training will be provided, and a mentor will be assigned to support your growth in the Legal Expenses market
