Hours: Office hours 9am - 5pm | 35 Hours per week

**Bringitinhouse** are proud to be recruiting Insurance Claims Handlers for our national and international Insurance Client with sites including Stoke-On-Trent, East Anglia, North East, North West, West & East Midlands, London, and Scotland regions.
Our client is a global Insurance business working in partnerships with leading insurance companies and brokers, which are highly regulated, global businesses.
Due to extensive and sustainable growth and expansion the client is looking for experienced motivated insurance professionals, either with some commercial insurance experience or perhaps an experienced Insurance claims handlers.
Role outline:
As a Senior claims Handler (Motor Insurance), you’ll be the first point of telephone contact for customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service and have experience in commercial motor claims. The Claims Handler will manage a caseload of Pre-Litigated Motor Claims.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- To pro-actively manage a caseload of complex motor claims to conclusion
- Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
- Comply with set client Service level agreements and KPI’s
- Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
- Allocate new claims and set strategies
- Carry out supervisory tasks appropriate to level
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Undertake appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader
- Attend Client review meetings and assist with client project work where applicable
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Clients
**Skills and experience requirements**
1. Motor Insurance claims handling experience needed
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Supervisory experience is desirable
6. The ability to manage own volume workload via task management
7. The ability to work as a team and independently
8. Strong Client relationship skills
9. Assist in the development of junior claims handlers
