About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Advocate Solicitor to join our team at Law Absolute Limited. As a Childcare Advocate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-level advice and assistance to the legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate on a range of cases, including non-accidental injury, child sex abuse, and court of appeal cases.
  • Work alongside a team of expert Advocates who are either trained Barristers or Solicitor Advocates.
  • Provide high-level advice and assistance to the legal department.
  • Support the Principal Lawyer in reducing expenditure on Counsel.

About You:

We are looking for a Childcare Advocate Solicitor who has previous childcare advocacy experience and is ambitious, driven by delivering a high-quality service. You will be able to work under pressure and have a genuine enthusiasm for your work and for working as part of a wider team.

Requirements:

  • Current practising certificate.
  • Previous childcare advocacy experience.
  • Ambitious and driven individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
