About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Merchandise Specialist to join our team at Joma Jewellery Ltd. As a key member of our Senior Trade team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business with strategic online merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Merchandising: Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies that align with our business objectives and seasonal trends, driving high-impact decisions that enhance product performance and optimise the customer journey.
  • Product Management: Lead the management and maintenance of trend and edit categories to support key marketing campaigns, reflect seasonal trends, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Analytics and Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to interpret customer behaviour, product performance, and sell-through data, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive decision-making processes and optimise the customer journey.
  • Project Management: Manage critical path timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with strategic goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and WebOps teams, to execute high-quality, brand-aligned on-site experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in the e-commerce merchandising industry, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or gifting sectors.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and project leadership skills, with a strong aptitude for overseeing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytical tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Content Square.
  • Education: Not specified
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
