About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Banbury area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement merchandising standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all stores.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store colleagues, including department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
