Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Banbury. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product and promotion displays, and well-stocked shelves in a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic household name brands.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Standards: Adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
