We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our team at QiStaff Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of trade receivables, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of credit control, including debt collection, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective credit control procedures to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and resolve disputes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit control and financial management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
