We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a new children's home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a staff team to ensure the safety and support of all children at all times.
- Hold OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring it meets its statement of purpose.
- Work with RI to develop and improve the home where needed.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ level 5 in leadership and management.
- Driving license.
Salary: Up to £60,000. Location: East Midlands based.
