Job Overview

We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Financial Support Associate to become part of our dynamic team at our Head Office. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in assisting the Accounts Assistants and Accountants with the collection, preparation, and presentation of the monthly financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirming vehicle billing, costs, and associated profits.
  • Managing internal vehicle transfers and updates on vehicle statuses.
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Raising and addressing inquiries with dealerships to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Performing additional tasks to support the Accounts Team as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Trainee Accounts Assistant or be eager to embark on a career in finance.
  • A foundational understanding of accounting principles or strong numerical and administrative capabilities is essential.
  • The candidate should be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, and possess qualifications equivalent to 'A' Level or higher.
  • Applicants with commendable GCSE results will also be considered.
