Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to the service user, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Monitor and maintain the service user's clinical care needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
  • Work collaboratively with the service user's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care plan.
  • Contribute to a warm and inclusive environment that promotes the service user's physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Requirements

  • 3 months previous care experience, including experience working with children and individuals with complex care needs.
  • Medication administration, personal care, moving and handling, tracheostomy care, and children's experience.
  • Pet-friendly and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
