We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our food equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Provide training and support to production staff
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and experience with electrical equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
